YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION
IRest Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice that blends deep relaxation with awareness, rooted in ancient traditions. It is an evidence based transformative practice that leads to psycho-logical, physical and spiritual healing and well-being. It helps individuals access profound states of rest while remaining consciously aware, often likened to the liminal state be-tween sleep and wakefulness. The practice follows a flexible 10-step protocol that includes setting intentions, connecting with inner de-sires, body sensing, breath awareness, and exploring emotions and thoughts. Unique to iRest is the cultivation of an “Inner Resource” a safe mental space that practitioners can return to for comfort and grounding. Ultimately, iRest encourages individuals to connect with their true, unchanging nature and experience uncaused joy and peace.
