Standing up and talking about a subject you know about is just a small element of delivering an effective training session. The first workshop examines all the pieces that go into the delivery of a training session: considering the course objectives and outcomes, session planning, different learning styles, teaching methods, resources and evaluating its success. The second addresses presentation skills for delivering an effective training session.

Or it can lead to broken relationships, a loss of trust or escalation into even more entrenched, unproductive conflict. Develop techniques to communicate politely and assertively without being pushy, how to cope with other people’s negativity and how to respond when someone else is being overbearing or aggressive towards you, and understand the ways in which conflict may develop and can be resolved
