INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION and
YOGA PHILOSOPHY

An introductory discussion on yoga philosophy, based on the yogic texts of The Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. A group meditation practice will be included each week, guided by our tutor, Donelle Mason. Donelle is an ordained Kriya Yoga Teacher in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda, as well as a trained Hatha Yoga Teacher E-RYT 500, with 10 years of experience. This 8-week course is offered on a donation/koha basis to the tutor, plus a small administration fee to cover CEW admin costs.

CHAKRA BALANCING & HEALING

Embark on a journey to explore an ancient energy system that originated centuries ago in India. Chakras serve as energy centres present in every individual, receiving, converting, and spreading universal life force, also known as Chi, throughout the body. These energy centres significantly influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The aim of this workshop is to assist you in enhancing your life, health, and relationships by aiding you in harmonising your Chakra energy and emotions. A smooth life flow is achieved when your Chakras are healthy and unobstructed. Our tutor, Kim Simpson, is a Reiki Master Healer and Teacher and has been dedicated to working with the Chakra system for several years through Reiki healing and training.

Learn how to make your own garment with the help of our experienced tutor. Suitable for both beginners and those with some experience. Join Viv in a social and fun environment.
