Have you never sewed before? Are you an amateur sewer who needs some guidance? Sewing is a practical life-skill and also allows you to be creative. Learn how to make your own garment with the help of our experienced tutor. Suitable for both beginners and those with some experience; join this social and fun environment. These are popular workshops and spaces are limited, enrol early so you don't miss out!

WOMEN’s HEALTH

How are you? What are your health needs? This course will look at the different health and wellness issues that impact on women’s lives including menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, bladder infections, PMS, depression. The facilitator is Bianca Haux, a natural medicine practitioner. Join Bianca as she talks about hormone substances, hot flushes, sleeping issues, bone density, period cramps and pains, irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, contraception and fertility. Learn what changes you can make to manage your health. Discussion welcomed. Own your own health!
