CHAKRADANCE

I’m delighted to be offering a 7-week Chakradance® series, beginning this May. Chakradance is a gentle, guided movement practice that helps you reconnect with yourself through music, movement, and creative reflection. There are no steps to learn and no dance experience needed — simply allow your body to move in its own natural way. Each week we explore a different chakra using specially designed music that supports emotional release, insight, and inner balance. Sessions close with a short mandala drawing to help integrate the experience. The space is thoughtfully prepared for a deeper inner journey. Lighting is soft and low, and the group is intentionally small to create a sense of intimacy, safety, and trust, allowing everyone to move at their own pace. No dance experience needed — just a willingness to explore. Spaces are limited. Facilitated by Julianne Rose – NZAC Counsellor and Meditation Coach.
