CHAKRADANCEChakradance is a healing movement practice. It's a form of nourishment for your true self - for your soul. Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra, you are guided into your own inner dance of release and re-connection. It offers a kind of liberation. It feels like coming home! Although music and dance form the primary focus, sessions also include sensing, working with elements and colours, and short meditations. This semester we will be working with the Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Heart Chakra including one session to dance the seven chakras together. To find out more please follow the link https://www.chakradance.com/. Our tutor, Julianne Rose, is a chakradance facilitator, mindfulness coach and a NZAC counsellor, who is passionate about dance and movement.
