Unlock the power of self-defence with techniques inspired by Aikido, Judo, Jujutsu, & Kung Fu, all without throws. This class emphasizes balance, fluid coordinated movements, & redirection to neutralize threats. Enhance your situational awareness & build the confidence to navigate your surroundings safely. Our self-defence class integrates both physical & mental training to boost your confidence in various scenarios, such as dealing with agitated customers or coworkers, recognizing and escaping risky situations, saying ’No!’ to unwanted peer pressure, & confronting immediate dangers or threats. While direct confrontation with a violent threat is a key aspect, there’s much more to learn. Grounded in traditional wisdom yet tailored for modern self-defence, this approach empowers you to remain calm, focused, & in control. Your tutor, Martyn-James Atkinson, is a highly accomplished professional in both self-defence & the teaching industry.
